Borek is a traditional Turkish Pastry made out of a thin pastry, filled with different combinations of fillings and then rolled into a beautiful swirl. It takes a lot of skill to make and I make everything from scratch the traditional way. I have been making Borek since I was 11 years old and I just love to be in the kitchen. This is my Grandmother's recipe, my Grandmother is Turkish and this is her family's way of making Borek . Choose from either Beef and Cheese or Spinach and Cheese.
