How we Work * Set up Grazing Table We require 1-2 hours to set up the grazing table, we usually like to arrive 1.5 hours before the event is due to start to ensure we are out of the way before guests arrive! All of our prep is done from our commercial kitchen (we don’t need to use your kitchen) and is refrigerated during transport. When we arrive, all we need from you is for you to show us to where we are setting up and then we’ll work our magic! We will return after your event ends at a time that suits you to pick up the props and ramekins that we used to elevate your grazing table. Please note we do provide cheese knives and supply disposable bamboo cutlery + plates + napkins + table + table cloth, florist , props on request. Pricing includes styling fee + prop hire. All props need to be returned after the event. As part of the Pia Kitchen experience, each and every one of our grazing tables is unique. Inclusions differ from the above depending on our current seasonal items at the time.
