These Chilean Empanadas are perfectly crafted, I make my own handmade pastry and all the delicious fillings from scratch.
I perfected this recipe when I was working at the Shangri-La hotel. My Chef de Cuisine was Chilean and he taught me how to make these original Chilean Empanadas. It's a really special recipe!
Each container has 3 Empanadas - choose from Beef or Vegetarian.
Ingredients: Beef Empanadas - Beef, cumin, capsicum, onion, garlic, oregano, paprika, mint, salt, pepper, olives. Vegetarian Empanadas: Carrot , red capsicum paste, onion, beans, corn, cumin, black pepper, mint, salt, thyme, red capsicum paper
Reheating Instructions: Defrost in the fridge overnight. Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius. Brush empanadas with egg yolk if you are not allergic otherwise it is not necessary). Place on tray and bake for 30 mins.

Gozleme is a traditional Turkish flatbread that can be filled with an assortment of fillings. When you cook your gozleme in a pan it is crunchy on the outside and irresistibly delicious on the inside!

Ingredients: flour, salt, water Spinach & Cheese- Spinach, cheese, onion, salt, seasoning. Beef & Cheese - beef, cheese, onion, seasoning
To reheat: Defrost first and then cook in a pan with olive oil for 4 mins on each side.
