Borek is a traditional Turkish Pastry made out of a thin pastry, filled with different combinations of fillings and then rolled into a beautiful swirl. It takes a lot of skill to make and I make everything from scratch the traditional way.
I have been making Borek since I was 11 years old and I just love to be in the kitchen. This is my Grandmother's recipe, my Grandmother is Turkish and this is her family's way of making Borek .
Choose from either Beef and Cheese or Spinach and Cheese. Each serving contains one large Borek
Contains: Gluten from wheat flour, milk and milk products
Reheating: Defrost first - but don't defrost in the microwave. Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius. Brush your Borek with egg yolk if you don't have allergies to egg and then bake for 35 mins.

These Chilean Empanadas are perfectly crafted, I make my own handmade pastry and all the delicious fillings from scratch.
I perfected this recipe when I was working at the Shangri-La hotel. My Chef de Cuisine was Chilean and he taught me how to make these original Chilean Empanadas. It's a really special recipe!
Each container has 3 Empanadas - choose from Beef or Vegetarian.
Ingredients: Beef Empanadas - Beef, cumin, capsicum, onion, garlic, oregano, paprika, mint, salt, pepper, olives. Vegetarian Empanadas: Carrot , red capsicum paste, onion, beans, corn, cumin, black pepper, mint, salt, thyme, red capsicum paper
Reheating Instructions: Defrost in the fridge overnight. Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius. Brush empanadas with egg yolk if you are not allergic otherwise it is not necessary). Place on tray and bake for 30 mins.
Gozleme is a traditional Turkish flatbread that can be filled with an assortment of fillings. When you cook your gozleme in a pan it is crunchy on the outside and irresistibly delicious on the inside!
One serving includes 1 x medium sized Gozleme
Contains: Gluten from wheat products, Milk and Milk products
Ingredients: flour, salt, water Spinach & Cheese- Spinach, cheese, onion, salt, seasoning. Beef & Cheese - beef, cheese, onion, seasoning
To reheat: Defrost first and then cook in a pan with olive oil for 4 mins on each side.

10 Kebabche - Kofta
Turkish kibbeh is a very special dish of Turkish cuisine, as it is take 2-3 hours to make. To make kibbeh you need a lot of patience and skill! That's why it was usually only made on special occasions.
The outside of the Kibbeh is made from cracked wheat and a homemade capsicum paste to give it a delicious flavour, and the inside can be filled with many different combinations. I am offering my Beef Kibbeh and Spinach and Cheese Kibbeh for you to try!
I have pre-boiled and baked these Kibbeh so you can easily bake in the oven to re-heat. Each serving contains 4 kibbeh which is entree size (not a main meal).

Ingredients: Beef Kibbeh: beef, red capsicum paste, cracked wheat, onion, olive oil, oregano, pepper, salt. Spinach and Cheese Kibbeh: red capsicum paste, cracked wheat, onion, olive oil, spinach, cheese, salt and pepper
Reheating: Defrost first, but don't use the microwave to defrost. Preheat oven to 160 degrees. Place kibbeh on baking tray and bake for 2-3 minutes or until heated through.
